All sales are final. Classes must be used for the month they are purchased for. You can make up a class missed, or that you will be missing, by taking the other class one night, i.e. if you are going to miss your 7pm class you can stay for the 8pm class one night that month.

Ziah (Lisa McKinney), Awalim Dance Co LLC, and any venue that she, or a teaching assistant, teach in is not liable for any injury or loss. It is up to the student to notify the teachers of the need for accommodations, and to refrain from anything that may cause injury to themselves. This applies to the Birth Dance, Bellydance, and Childbirth Education Comfort Measures classes.

Doula clients must read all sections of contracts and ask for clarification before signing, the contract is binding once signed and deposit received. No Doula appointments will be scheduled until Doula contract is signed and agreed upon deposit is paid.

Video and photographs are sometimes taken in classes and workshops for social media and advertising purposes. If you do not wish your image to be used, notify the teachers and/or simply step out of the frame as the image is taken.
