I hate to say it but this is a normal hospital birth when interventions and lack of bodily autonomy have landed a person on their back, that pushing is determined by dilation instead of just letting proceed physiologically, and the practitioner proceeds with pulling a baby out instead of letting a physiologic delivery of the head and then the shoulders-
